CPQ Pilot subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Payments and refunds are handled through Paddle.
1. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing — try the Service on real work before you ever pay.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Manage billing in your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; you won’t be charged again after that.
3. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If something’s wrong, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@cpqpilot.com and we’ll make it right — including a refund of that charge where appropriate. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle and are also covered by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
4. How to request
Email support@cpqpilot.com with your account email and the charge in question, or use the receipt link Paddle sent you. We aim to respond within a few business days.
