These Terms govern your use of CPQ Pilot (the “Service”), operated by GOLUBYTE [registered entity, Serbia — full legal name, address, and registration number to be inserted] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. What CPQ Pilot does
CPQ Pilot is an AI assistant that operates your SAP CPQ environment on your behalf — reading and making changes such as scripts, fields, pricing, and quotes — based on the instructions you give it. You connect your own SAP CPQ tenant; the Service acts within that connection.
2. Your account and your connections
- You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You confirm you are authorized to connect and operate any SAP CPQ tenant you link, and that doing so doesn’t violate any agreement you have with SAP or your employer.
- You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
3. Review before changes apply
The Service is designed so you review changes before they are applied, and changes are reversible where the platform supports it. You remain responsible for the changes you choose to apply to your environment. We are not liable for changes you confirm.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout. Prices may change with notice for future periods.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no using it to violate the law or the rights of others; no sharing access in ways that circumvent plan limits.
6. Service availability and “as is”
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Questions: support@cpqpilot.com.
